Refund/Exchange Policy
Items once sold can only be exchanged if there is a recognisable quality issue or damage in delivery. In this case, we reserve the right to request photos of the damaged goods received. Once the photos are approved and there is a recognisable defect within the piece you have ordered, you can simply return it to the address on the package received by you with its included accessories and packaging within 7 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it for another product in good condition. We do not offer refunds.
